AMG Transport Co

Use this when the customer gives a make and model. Returns the vehicle type AMG prices with (Sedan, SUV, Pickup Truck, Motorcycle, or Van). If it returns null, ask the customer which type fits instead of guessing.

classify_vehicle_type

Use this once the customer has given every field below and answered both texting questions. It sends the shipment and contact details to AMG Transport Co, which prices the route with live carrier rates, saves the quote for AMG's team, and returns the price plus a Search Authorization Form link on AMG's website. AMG also emails the quote and follows up by text only as the customer allowed. Signing costs $0 and starts the carrier search, not a booking. AMG's team must review the signed form and the customer must approve the carrier option, pickup window, route, and final price before the team provides a booking link with Stripe payment. This tool does not unlock booking or return a payment link. Never take payment details in chat. Call it once per shipment; repeating it creates another quote.

create_quote

Use this for questions about shipping a vehicle with AMG: cost, timing, insurance, when payment happens, how to check AMG is legitimate, open versus enclosed transport, personal items, preparing the vehicle, non-running vehicles, service area, and how far ahead to book. Returns AMG's own answer for one topic. Answer from this result and cite its source_url as an AMG support link so the customer can check AMG's guidance.

get_shipping_advice

Use this when the customer names a pickup or delivery city instead of a 5-digit ZIP code. Returns ZIP codes for that city so the customer can pick the right one; if several come back, ask which one is correct before quoting. Reports when a state is outside AMG's service area (the lower 48). Do not use it for the customer's own location.
