Easen

Ask a question about the user's own meetings, people, decisions and commitments, answered from their Easen history with the sources it used. Use it for questions like "what did Dana and I agree about the vendor contract?" or "what do I owe people this week?". It answers only from what Easen recorded and says so when nothing matches.

ask_easen

The full record of one meeting from search_meetings: summary, topics discussed, decisions, action items and open questions. For the word-for-word conversation, use get_transcript.

get_meeting

The word-for-word transcript of one meeting from search_meetings, as Easen heard it (speech-to-text, so names and numbers can be misheard). Long meetings come in parts: start with part 1 and ask for the next part if needed. Easen keeps full transcripts for meetings from June 2026 onward; older meetings have only a short preview.

get_transcript

The meeting the user is in right now, as Easen is hearing it: title, attendees, how long it has run, and the transcript so far (speech-to-text, a few seconds behind; speakers the app could not name are numbered). Use it whenever the user asks about "this meeting", "the call", what someone just said, or wants help responding in a meeting. Also returns a meeting that ended in the last two hours. Pass since (the last line number you saw) to get only what is new. Only works if the user turned on live sharing in Easen; the reply says how if it is off.

get_current_meeting

Promises made in the user's meetings: what the user owes others and what others owe the user, with who, the meeting it came from, and a due date when one was said. Overdue ones are marked.

list_commitments

Find the user's recorded meetings by words in the title, summary or topic, by a person who attended, or by date. Returns each meeting's id, date, attendees and a short summary; pass an id to get_meeting for the full record. With no arguments it lists the most recent meetings.
