Compass Gym

Use your synced Compass Gym data in Claude with 11 tools: eight read tools and three write tools. Review workouts and every logged set, search your exercise library, and compare strength-training progress. With template permission, browse, create, edit, archive and restore workout templates. With separate exercise-note permission, read, replace or append notes on an exercise—for example, save technique cues, target weights or rest reminders. Logged workouts cannot be created, edited or deleted. Try: ‘Show every set from my latest workout’, ‘Create a three-day workout template’, or ‘Add these technique cues to my squat notes’. Sign in to your existing Compass Gym account and approve the requested permissions. Training summaries and exercise progression require Compass Gym Pro. Eligible legacy Free cloud accounts can read their most recent 30 days of history; workouts stored only on your device are unavailable. Every request is limited to your account. Recorded body weight is excluded unless explicitly requested. Workout, template and set notes, linked resources, account identifiers, Apple Health, sleep, heart rate and Readiness data are not returned. Exercise notes are available only after separate approval. Existing users can reconnect in Claude and choose Allow access to approve new permissions. Connections stay active until disconnected. To revoke access, open Compass Gym on the web → Settings → Connected apps; this screen is not in the iPhone app.
