The MCP server allows users to generate, edit, and submit answers to short-answer job application questions easily through our autofill extension and the user's experience bank in our website. Some key features include: Three tools: get_next_application loads in the job application the user queued up for an autofill job, using their job experiences submitted on our website. save_answers saves the Claude answers server-side, creating them using confirmed facts from the user, constraints on the word count, and using the user's writing techniques as a basis. save_fact_question allows Claude to prompt the user for missing info needed to improve the answer. Evidence-grounded answers: The answers are created based on a planning stage that quotes the source material exactly, omitting answers that don't correlate with it. OAuth Sign-In: WorkIt uses OAuth 2.1 authorization server the user just has to sign into Claude's connector flow. Minimal data expoosure: Claude will only read in the user's experiences from the WorkIt site, and will never ask for personal details, self-identification answers, or derive information from previous Claude chats. Human-Controlled: The editing and submission process are handled by the user only.
