Integration details

Description

Background Music turns a short description into instrumental music that plays right inside your chat. Ask for a vibe: "smoky Japanese jazz," "upbeat Berlin techno," or "lo-fi for focus" and it generates a fresh instrumental track and plays it in an embedded player, generating continuous music for about an hour. Every track is fully instrumental (no vocals) and generated on the spot with Google's AI music model; nothing is pulled from a catalog. All audio is AI-generated and carries an inaudible SynthID watermark. There are no accounts and no sign-up. Add the connector, ask for a vibe, and press play.

Tools

2 tools agents can invoke

Generate one ~3-minute AI instrumental track for a vibe and show the player. Generates an instrumental track from ``prompt`` with Lyria, stores it, and returns a player widget; the user presses Play to listen and can download the track as an MP3 from the widget. Each call makes exactly one new track: for a different or additional track, call again with a new prompt. All audio is AI-generated and watermarked. ``prompt`` must describe only style — genre, mood, instruments, tempo — never artist names, song titles, brands, or lyrics (the music model rejects those).
Stop a background-music session and release its server-side state. Playback itself is owned by the widget; this clears the registry entry and confirms to the user.
