UK building regs, cited

Description

Dario2 searches the UK building regulations as they are published and returns the passages themselves, each with a citation and a link to the publisher's own page. No account is needed. What it holds: - the Approved Documents for England (Parts A to T, including both volumes of Part B with the 2026 amendments) - the Scottish Building Standards Technical Handbooks (Domestic and Non-domestic, April 2026) - the Building Regulations 2010 and the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 How it answers: - Every result is a verbatim passage with a ready-made citation such as (AD B vol 1, Table B3, Page 135) and a link that opens the official PDF at that page. - Tables are rebuilt from the page layout, so values stay attached to their row and column headings. - It can open the printed page itself in the chat, with a link to the official PDF at that page, so you can check a passage against the original. - Text that is not yet in force (for example the 2029 amendments printed in Approved Document B) is left out unless you ask for it, and labelled when you do. - England and Scotland are kept apart. - Dimensions inside drawings are returned only once confirmed, either against the page's printed text or by independent AI readings that agreed, and each says which; otherwise Dario2 names the drawing and the page instead of guessing. - When the documents do not answer a question, the right reply is to say so. It does not include British Standards, planning policy, manufacturers' data or the separate guidance for Wales and Northern Ireland, and it is not professional advice: Dario2 vouches for the passages it returns, not for any answer written from them.
