Query only public.candidates, public.dataset_files, or public.seat_matrix using selected columns, filters, distinct values, grouping, aggregates, ordering, and bounded limits; raw SQL is not accepted. Use schema to discover columns and dataset_files for counselling coverage. Use candidates for historical counselling allotments and always filter its counselling column to the requested pathway before interpreting state or college results. Interpret pathway codes as follows: AIQ = All India Quota counselling; TS-CQ = Telangana State Competent Authority/Convener Quota counselling (government quota); TS-MQ = Telangana Management Quota counselling. These are distinct counselling pathways; do not treat them as interchangeable or infer the pathway from state or institution alone. seat_matrix contains public NMC/PG seat-recognition records, not counselling-round allotments or a state counselling matrix; do not treat it as evidence of TS-CQ/TS-MQ availability. Query schema when unsure about table-specific fields. Invalid column errors include valid columns and closest name suggestions. Preserve source rows and distinguish historical allotments from seat-matrix records; never present historical records as guaranteed future outcomes. Never query multiple counselling years unless explicitly requested.
