Description
Dillie is a team collaboration workspace that brings messaging, projects, calendar, meetings, mail and files together in one place. The Dillie app for ChatGPT connects ChatGPT to the projects and tasks in your Dillie workspace, so you can check on work and keep it moving without leaving the conversation. Ask in plain language and ChatGPT works with your real project data: - "Show my Dillie projects" lists every project you belong to. - "How far along is the website redesign?" returns task counts by status and overall progress for that project. - "What is assigned to me?" filters tasks by assignee, status or any other field you track. - "Open the onboarding task" shows the task, its full description and its sub-task tree. - "Add a task to prepare the release notes, due Friday" creates the task in the right project. - "Mark it done with a short note" completes it and records the note in the task's conversation. Sprint planning is covered too: create a sprint, start it, assign tasks to it and complete it when the work is done. You can also create a new project, update task fields, rewrite a task description in Markdown, or cancel a task — and undo a completion or cancellation if you change your mind. Questions about how Dillie itself works are answered from Dillie's public product documentation. Results come back as structured data, so ChatGPT can summarize a project at a glance, group tasks the way you ask and carry a project or task from one answer into your next request. How it works with your account - You sign in with your own Dillie account through Dillie's standard OAuth sign-in. ChatGPT never sees your password. - The app can only see and change what your Dillie account can see and change. Workspace and project permissions in Dillie still apply to every request. - The app asks for access to your basic profile (name and email), and to read and write projects and tasks. It does not read your messages, mail, files or calendar. - Actions that change your data — creating, updating, completing or cancelling — are declared to ChatGPT as write actions. The app has no delete actions. - You can see and disconnect ChatGPT at any time from Settings > Connected apps in Dillie. Requirements A Dillie account and membership in at least one workspace.
