Return the bound tenant's current Engage prompt-profile object and checksum.

get_prompt_profile

Read chronological recorded widget events for one session within the selected authorized tenant and date range. Only event types, times and domains; no contact details or query strings. Platform admins may select source=owned_website for consented owned-site events within 90-day retention. No cross-device identity inference.

get_visitor_journey

Inspect one tenant-bound Engage voice call turn by turn, including textual transcripts, VAD and interruption markers, provider confidence summary, retrieval sources, tool outcomes, routing decisions, and the effective instructions. No raw audio is stored or returned.

get_voice_call_transcript

Retrieve the selected business's exact Engage V2 embed snippet and installation steps. Ask which website builder the user uses and guide them through installing both script blocks. Does not modify or verify their website. Never claim installation succeeded from this result alone.

get_website_installation

Start or resume Engage onboarding for an existing workspace. Explains Engage's purpose, checks knowledge/profile/media presence and guides business intake, website installation, knowledge, images, email forwarding and voice. Ask for the website builder and email provider. Saved content is not proof of channel readiness. Account creation and signing/payment stay in the browser.

get_onboarding_plan

List workspace IDs accessible to the authenticated Engage account. Use this before onboarding or when the user names a different business. Ask which workspace they mean when ambiguous, then pass its company_id to tenant tools. This does not switch the account default or grant access.

list_workspaces

List paginated file paths under the bound tenant's Engage knowledge base, optionally within a prefix.

list_knowledge_files

List paginated, non-binary metadata for media assets owned by the bound Engage tenant, with optional status and search filters.

list_media_assets

Read bounded recorded widget telemetry sessions for one authorized tenant. Sessions are not unique people. Platform admins may select source=owned_website for consented owned-site sessions within 90-day retention. No contact details, raw URLs or event metadata are returned.

list_visitor_sessions

Read explicit follow-up requests from consented owned-site chat leads, within 90-day retention. This private CRM projection is platform-admin-only and tenant-scoped. It does not cover all customer widgets. Omits names, contact details and message text. A request is not advertising consent.

list_qualified_leads

List the bound tenant's recent Engage voice call sessions for transcript/debug inspection. This is read-only and never returns caller phone numbers or audio.

list_voice_calls

Read one UTF-8 text file from the bound tenant's Engage knowledge base and return its content, size, and checksum.

read_knowledge_file

Use this when the user explicitly asks to apply current Engage knowledge-base files to the assistant's private retrieval index, normally after one or more knowledge-file changes. The refresh replaces existing indexed content and retires superseded chunks, changing what the assistant can retrieve. Source knowledge files are not deleted. Replacement chunks are uploaded before old chunks are retired per source; a failed refresh can leave completed source updates in place and does not guarantee rollback of the entire index. Reuse the same idempotency key only when retrying the exact same requested refresh.

refresh_knowledge_index

Use this when the user explicitly asks to change assistant behavior for exactly one Engage channel. Call get_channel_overrides first and pass its checksum. For website chat, Facebook Messenger, SMS, or email, use response_length, max_questions, greeting, signoff, or additional_instructions. For voice, use only the voice-specific fields. Omitted fields and all other channels are preserved; an explicit null removes one field so its default applies. Set remove_override true, with no updates, to remove the entire selected channel override. Voice changes affect future calls, not calls already in progress.

update_channel_override

Use this when the user explicitly asks to change the title, category, description, alternative text, caption, tags, or active state of one Engage media asset. Call get_media_asset first, send only fields the user asked to change, and pass its exact configuration version. Deactivation can disable downstream use. This tool cannot upload, replace, archive, or delete media. Reuse an idempotency key only when retrying the exact same intended change.

update_media_asset_metadata

Use this when the user explicitly asks to update the bound tenant's Engage prompt profile. Call get_prompt_profile first, preserve all fields not requested to change, and pass the complete profile object with its exact current checksum. Reuse the same idempotency key only when retrying the exact same intended change.

update_prompt_profile

Use this when the user explicitly asks to add one attached JPEG, PNG, or WebP image to the bound tenant's private Engage media library. Include only metadata the user supplied or approved. The upload creates a new active asset and does not replace, publish, approve, archive, or delete existing media. Reuse the same idempotency key only when retrying the exact same upload.

upload_media_asset

Use this when the user explicitly asks to create or replace one UTF-8 Markdown or text file in the bound tenant's Engage knowledge base. Read an existing file first and pass its checksum, or use 'absent' only when creating a new path. Reuse the same idempotency key only when retrying the same intended change.

upsert_knowledge_file

Check that the selected workspace's connected Google account can access its selected GA4 property. Requires a workspace administrator. Reads the saved connection and queries Google Analytics; does not change the selected property, connect an account, or verify website event delivery. Use after the user completes Google consent and selects a property in Engage.

verify_google_connection
