Facento

Executes an exact stored plan of individually exposed facento_prepare_* operations after the user explicitly confirms its displayed review. Requires that planId and planDigest; does not accept new operations or arbitrary code. Depending on the reviewed plan, this creates, updates, archives or removes company records, renders documents, or sends an offer to its recipient. Sending requires a separate confirmed plan. Replaying the same plan does not repeat its effects.

facento_apply

Use when the user wants the price of commercial cleaning (Unterhaltsreinigung, Büroreinigung, Grundreinigung, Angebot kalkulieren) for a site already in Facento. Calculates with the company's rates without saving. Needs objectRef and areaRefs from facento_inspect; once the site has a capture (site visit), the whole capture is priced and areaRefs only identify the site. The result's trace names assumed values (travel per visit, flat minutes).

facento_calculate_price

Use first to find an existing customer, site (Objekt), request (Anfrage) or offer (Angebot) by name, address or type, e.g. 'Arztpraxis Müller' or 'request'. Returns references for facento_inspect.

facento_find

Use when the user wants public cleaning tenders (öffentliche Ausschreibungen Gebäudereinigung) that fit their company. Returns open tenders near a postal code with authority, deadline, noticeId and lotIds, area, source link and a Facento url. Read-only; does not apply or submit bids. To work on a lot, call facento_adopt_tender.

facento_find_tenders

Reads a Facento record reference or the documentation of an already exposed operation. Returns record details or schema documentation; never executes a command or changes records. Every supported operation is also exposed as its own facento_prepare_* tool.

facento_inspect

Use when Facento reports PRICE_BASIS_MISSING (a new company): saves and activates the services and the standard hourly rate net the user gave, with Facento's starting values (each visit at least one hour, no materials or travel allowance, cent rounding, owner review above 5000 € net). company saves the details the offer PDF shows, also later. A company already set up keeps its prices; nothing changes.

facento_setup

Use when the user wants to price or make an offer for a public tender lot from facento_find_tenders. Creates the buyer as customer with contact, the site, the request and, when the notice states the area, the capture, from the public notice only. Calling it again returns the same records. Returns their references, the saved capture for facento_prepare_offer, a Facento url and nextStep.

facento_adopt_tender

Displays the saved positions and exact net total of an offer version, with a link to open it in Facento. Use an exact quote_version reference from facento_inspect. Read-only; does not approve or send the offer.
