get_impact_stats

Get detailed information about a specific meeting: summary, decisions, action items, key topics, and quality scores (0-100 for context transferred, context developed, engagement, focus). Covers the WHOLE call: the summary, decisions and action items include every participant, not only the calling member. Each decision carries `made_by` and each action item carries `assignee`, naming the person responsible — often someone other than the caller. Set include_transcript to also get the meeting's full transcript — every line, in order, with speaker and timestamps — a page at a time: read `transcript.next_offset` and call again with transcript_offset set to it until `transcript.has_more` is false. Read the transcript when the question is about what was said, especially when a search_meeting_transcript query found nothing: people often answer without repeating the topic's word.

list_greats

List the written summaries of the user's work over a day, week or month — each a narrative of what they did in that period. activity_count on weekly and monthly rows counts evidence references across dimensions, so an activity supporting two dimensions counts twice; it is not a distinct activity total.

list_career_summaries

List decisions made by or involving the user: statement, context, the stated reason (null when none was recorded), platform, who decided, and whether the decision still stands. Returns BOTH decisions that stand and decisions that were later overturned — read the `status` field; use status='superseded' to ask only what was overturned. A decision that was later refined or restated is listed ONCE, as its latest version: `combined_statement` (when present) is everything it decided across its versions — prefer it to `decision_statement` — and `refined_count` / `restated_count` say how often it was refined or restated.

List development plans for the user, including plans about you, plans you own, and plans where you are a stakeholder.

List all evaluation frameworks in the organization. Marks which ones are assigned to the user and which one is the user's career ladder.

list_evaluations

List the dated evidence behind the user's evaluation-dimension scores. Each row gives the level demonstrated against the goal level, a written justification whose [1] [2] markers index the citations map to the activity IDs behind each claim, and the rubric criterion that level requires. activity_share_pct is the share of that period's activities that touched this dimension (evidence density, NOT a score) and is absent on weekly and monthly rows, where it is not computed. Use get_activity_detail on a cited ID to read what was actually said (requires read:work).

list_evidence

List the user's growth opportunities (Gaps) with the constructive-feedback card (what we saw, the cost, a constructive alternative) where it has been generated. Filter by reference date with start_date/end_date. OWNER-ONLY: only ever returns the calling user's own growth data.

list_growth_moments

List the user's impact feed items (communications about their work impact). Returns occurrence id, status, schedule, goal info, and content style. Message body is not included in this listing — it lives on each individual item.

List the user's refer-worthy moments — the dated evidence (strengths) behind their reputational traits, most recent first. Filter to a period with start_date/end_date.

list_moments

List the user's standing reputational traits — durable strengths (Greats) with a headline and reasoning, backed by dated refer-worthy moments. Filter by reference date with start_date/end_date.

list_reputational_traits

List the team goals for the user's organization. Returns goal name, status, source, and the goal's own start and target dates — use target_date to see what is due or overdue. Filter with start_date/end_date to goals whose period overlaps a window. Only goals the user may see are listed: their own and those shared with them, their team or the company.

list_team_goals

List teams in the organization. Returns team name, type, and member count.

list_teams

List the value barriers (friction points and risk points) on the organization's business flywheels that this user may see. Only the value barriers this user may see are included: ones from public research, and ones touching their own (or their reports') work — not necessarily all of the organization's.

List the user's recent work activities. Returns activities with platform, name, timestamp, and phase (decrypted under read:work). Filter by platform and date range; `search` with `search_in` decides whether the filter reads titles or what the work actually says.

List the user's work episodes (narrative summaries of work patterns). Returns episode name (decrypted summary), dimension, status, date.

Search for exact text within a specific meeting's transcript: a case-insensitive match on the words given, with no synonyms or stemming. Returns matching utterances with surrounding context (speaker names, timestamps). Spoken answers often leave out the topic's word (asked for a deadline, someone says "Six"), so try the likely spoken words, and to read the whole meeting use get_meeting_detail with include_transcript.

search_meeting_transcript

Get a summary of what the user does at work — total activity count, top projects, platform breakdown, business-impact breakdown, value chain. No activity content is exposed.
