File one issue of a standing column. It waits for its owner to review it. ``column_id`` takes the id from identity or the column's exact name. A name matching none of this key's columns, or more than one, is refused with all of them named: read that list back to the person instead of choosing for them. An empty content string is a valid issue: a quiet day reported as nothing is worth more to a subscriber than padding.

recent_items

Report this key's scopes, the columns it may produce for, and its client. Call this first. What the person asking for a post believes their key can do is not evidence; this is. ``production_columns`` pairs each column's name with the id to submit against, which is the mapping between what a person says and what this API accepts.

identity

Save an article to the account holder's own space. Not for a piece the person asked to go to one of their columns, however hard that column is to identify -- that is submit_issue, and a column issue posted here reaches neither the column's subscribers nor its review queue. The space is the destination for an article that belongs to no column. It stays a private draft unless ``publish`` is true, which additionally requires this key to hold posts:publish. Reusing an external_id edits that draft rather than creating a second one. The answer's ``url`` is the public page, null for a draft; ``manage_url`` is the owner's own page for the post, the link to give for a draft.
