Fortare for Fortnox

Step 1 of 2 to register a payment on an invoice so the reskontra is right: `customer` = an inbetalning on a customer invoice (document number), `supplier` = an utbetalning on a supplier invoice (given number / löpnummer). The payment is booked against the bank account of the mode of payment (default BG = 1930). Records a payment that already happened; it does not move money. Returns a preview plus `confirm_with` (proposal_id and payload); then get the user's yes and call fortnox_confirm_register_payment. Prefer this over a manual voucher on 1510/2440. fortnox_propose_credit_invoice

Step 1 of 2 to offset (kvitta) a credit invoice against the unpaid customer invoice it credits (as created by fortnox_confirm_credit_invoice), so both are settled and the credit is booked. It registers two payments on the same day through the same account (+ on the invoice, − on the credit) that cancel out, which is how Fortnox settles a credit; under kontantmetoden it is the only way the credit gets booked. No money moves. Returns a preview with the net booking plus `confirm_with`; then get the user's yes and call fortnox_confirm_offset_credit_invoice. Example: "Kvitta kreditfaktura 1201 mot faktura 1142"

Step 1 of 2 to create a supplier in Fortnox, or update one when `supplier_number` is given (only the fields you pass change; the preview shows before → after). Use it when an invoice comes from a supplier that is not registered yet; take name, org nr, bankgiro etc. from the invoice. A new supplier is checked against existing ones with the same org number. Returns a preview plus `confirm_with` (proposal_id and payload); then get the user's yes and call fortnox_confirm_save_supplier. Examples: "Lägg upp Hagströms Choklad som leverantör, bankgiro 123-4567", "Ändra bankgirot för leverantör 2002"

Step 1 of 2 to register a supplier invoice (leverantörsfaktura) in Fortnox, e.g. from an invoice the user pasted, photographed or attached: read supplier, invoice number, dates, total, VAT and what was bought, then call this. Give the cost rows excluding VAT; Fortnox adds the VAT (2641) and supplier debt (2440) rows from `total` and `vat`. Credit notes (negative amounts) are not supported yet: tell the user to register them in Fortnox. Checks the supplier, the accounts, that rows + VAT = total, and warns if the invoice number already exists. Returns a preview plus `confirm_with` (proposal_id and payload); nothing is saved. Then show the preview, get the user's yes, and call fortnox_confirm_create_supplier_invoice. With `book: true` it is also booked, so it shows up for payment in Fortnox (if attest is used: then fortnox_propose_attest_supplier_invoice step=payment). Step 1 of 2 to change an existing customer invoice draft in Fortnox: dates, payment terms, references, remarks or rows. Only the fields passed change. Works on drafts only: not on booked, sent or cancelled invoices. When the invoice date or payment terms change, the due date is recalculated unless `due_date` is given. `rows` replaces all rows, so pass every row the invoice should keep. For a consultant joining a colleague's set of companies: pass the `code` (colleagueCode from fortnox_add_company). Works only if this connection is to one of those companies, usually the byrå's own (log in to Fortnox in that company when connecting). Example: "Gå med i byråns koppling med koden …"

General ledger (huvudbok) for one account or an account range over a period: opening balance, each transaction (date, voucher, text, amount) and closing balance. Returns the newest `limit` rows. Returns file ids; read one with fortnox_read_document, then register it with fortnox_propose_create_supplier_invoice (or a receipt with fortnox_propose_create_voucher) passing `file_id` so the document is attached. fortnox_list_inbox

The chart of accounts (kontoplan) with each account's opening balance (ingående) and balance today computed from the booked vouchers (for result accounts 3000–8999: the year's movement so far). Filter by number range or name. Examples: "Vilket konto använder vi för programvaror?", "Visa kontona 1900–1999"

fortnox_list_accounts

Account balances (saldon) at a given date, computed from the books: opening balance plus all transactions up to that date. For balance-sheet accounts (1000–2999) the balance at the date; for result accounts (3000–8999) the movement from the start of the financial year. Examples: "Hur mycket har vi på banken?" fortnox_list_customers

One customer invoice with its rows, totals, VAT, references and payment status. `sent`/`sentVia` and `Booked` mean the same as in fortnox_list_invoices. Example: "Vad står det på faktura 1234?"

fortnox_get_invoice

List customer invoices (kundfakturor), newest first. `filter` by status (unpaid, unpaidoverdue, fullypaid, cancelled, unbooked drafts), customer and invoice-date range. Unpaid rows carry `daysOverdue` (late) or `daysUntilDue` (not yet due); `sent` says whether the customer has the invoice and `sentVia` how (Fortnox, or Fakturatjänster/Fortnox Finans, which leaves the raw `Sent` false and sets `NoxFinans`); go by `sent`, not `Sent`. `Booked: false` is a draft under faktureringsmetoden, but under kontantmetoden (`AccountingMethod: CASH`) invoices normally stay unbooked until paid, so there it says nothing about whether the invoice is final. For totals over many invoices use fortnox_invoice_summary instead. Examples: "Vilka fakturor är förfallna?", "Visa fakturorna till kund 1042 i år", "Har vi några ej bokförda fakturor?"

Several: `given_numbers` (up to 50 per call); never call this tool many times in parallel, Fortnox rate-limits that and the calls fail. `include_files` adds attached documents (`attachedFiles`: read one with fortnox_read_document for the supplier's own rows, quantities and unit prices); it is on by default for one invoice and off for several. fortnox_get_supplier_invoice

List supplier invoices (leverantörsfakturor), optionally for one supplier. No `filter` = all statuses. `filter` values: unpaid (booked and unpaid, includes overdue; Fortnox leaves unbooked ones out, list those with unbooked), unpaidoverdue, unbooked, pendingpayment, authorizepending (waiting for attest), fullypaid, cancelled. Unpaid rows carry `daysOverdue` (late) or `daysUntilDue` (not yet due, e.g. "what falls due in two weeks": daysUntilDue ≤ 14), and `AuthorizerName` once attested. Date filters are on invoice date, not due date. Amounts include VAT; use fortnox_get_supplier_invoice for VAT and kontering (pass `given_numbers` to fetch many in one call), and fortnox_invoice_summary type=supplier for totals per supplier. Examples: "Vilka leverantörsfakturor väntar på attest?", "Vad ska vi betala den här veckan?", "Visa obetalda leverantörsfakturor"

fortnox_list_supplier_invoices

For byråer: returns a link that adds another Fortnox company (e.g. a client) to this same connection. Whoever opens it logs in to Fortnox as system administrator of the company to add and approves; the byrå can forward the link to the client's administrator. Valid 7 days and reusable for several companies. Also returns a `colleagueCode` so other consultants at the byrå can join this set of companies with fortnox_join_workspace. Needs the Byrå plan. Examples: "Lägg till en klient", "Koppla Bergström Bygg också"

fortnox_add_company

Read a document from Fortnox: a file in the inbox (file_id from fortnox_list_inbox) or one attached to a supplier invoice (file_id from fortnox_get_supplier_invoice). PDFs come back as text, so invoice rows, quantities and unit prices can be read; images (photographed receipts) come back as an image. Examples: "Vad står det på fakturan i inkorgen?", "Vad kostade pralinerna på senaste fakturan från Hagströms?"

Income statement (resultaträkning) for a period within one financial year, grouped the BAS way (nettoomsättning, varor, övriga externa kostnader, personal, avskrivningar, finansiella poster) with the result. Optionally the top accounts, and with `by_month` a month-by-month trend. With `from_account`/`to_account` it adds `accountDetail`: each account in that range with its total (and per month with `by_month`), e.g. sales per product group when the till (Z-report) books each group to its own account. Only booked vouchers count: unbooked supplier invoices are not costs yet.
