Hey Book

Cancel one of the signed-in customer's pending or confirmed bookings, and email the business that it is cancelled. Only call this after the customer has approved cancelling that specific booking. No payment was taken, so there is nothing to refund. Cancelling a booking that is already cancelled changes nothing.

Look up the signed-in customer's Hey Book bookings and their status: pending (waiting for the business), confirmed, declined (the business can't take it) or cancelled (the customer cancelled it). Pass booking_id for one booking; leave it out for the customer's 20 most recent bookings. Read-only.

Send a booking request to a business. The customer's email is taken automatically from their signed-in HeyBook account — never ask for it and never pass one. The booking starts as `pending`: the business gets an email and confirms or declines it, and the customer is emailed the answer. Check it later with get_booking_status. No payment is taken. If the same customer already has an open booking at the same business, date and time, that booking is returned instead of making a second one.

Search HeyBook's directory of bookable businesses. Call this after the user tells you what kind of business they want (nail salon, hair salon, restaurant, etc.). Pass the category or business name as `q` — it fuzzy-matches across name, type, and address. Returns all matching businesses with their IDs, which you need to call make_booking.
