get_pending_requirements

Bike vs car advice for one destination hub from live inventory: terrain (hills or plains/city), which vehicle suits the trip and why, the best models with CC and per-day price, the per-day price range, and a budget pick. Call when the customer names a destination or picks a pickup location, before showing vehicles. Pass locationId (from a "Pickup location selected" message) or location (the place name), and budget_per_day in rupees if they mentioned a budget.

get_ride_recommendation

High-level ride phase for caller's booking: pending_payment, upcoming, ongoing, overdue, ended or cancelled.

get_ride_state

Live T&C for two_wheeler or four_wheeler customers.

get_terms_conditions

Idea chips when the customer has no plan yet. Do not use once they asked for a bike or named a city.

get_trending_trip_prompts

When the customer wants trip ideas or to plan a trip/holiday without a fixed destination ("plan a trip", "kahan ghumne jaun", "weekend getaway"). Returns the Hire N Ride hubs we serve, nearest to origin first, plus the current month. Pass origin when the customer named their city.

get_trip_ideas

One bike's public details after the customer picks a card. No host phone or documents.

get_vehicle

Popular bikes only (two-wheelers). Use search_vehicles with vehicle_class four_wheeler for cars. Call only after location and dates are known.

list_featured_vehicles

Live customer offers filtered by city / category / bike / amount.

list_live_offers

List bookings for the authenticated customer only (type all / upcoming / ongoing / past). Returns compact status summaries (HOLD, CONFIRMED, ONGOING, COMPLETED, CANCELLED, REFUND_PENDING, REFUNDED) that are drawn as status cards.

list_my_bookings

list_my_coupons

List the caller's bookings that have refund activity. Optional status: Pending, Processing, Processed, Completed, Failed, Cancelled or No Refund Applicable (omit for all).

list_my_tickets

Create Razorpay order for pending balance on a partial-payment booking (self only).

pay_booking_balance

Ride or trip planning. For a route plan ('Manali to Kaza, 4 days, 2 of us, budget 10k') pass origin_city, destinations (ordered stops), days, and when known riders, luggage, budget {amount, per}, experience, vehicle_preference, licence (two_wheeler / four_wheeler / both — the suggestion never goes outside it), round_trip (default true) and start_datetime (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm IST). Returns day-wise stops with approx distance and drive time, terrain notes, a vehicle suggestion with reasons and, when start_datetime is known and origin is a hub, live vehicles with the rental for those dates. Edit the last plan with add_days (e.g. 1 or -1), add_destinations, remove_destinations, without repeating the rest. Always say distances and times are approx. Legacy: message alone (with trip dates) runs live vehicle discovery.

plan_trip

Dry run of changing the caller's confirmed booking to new dates (new_start_date / new_end_date, YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm IST) or another vehicle (new_vehicle_id). Returns availability, the current and new totals and the difference to pay or refund. Changes nothing; show it and ask for a clear yes before request_booking_change.

preview_booking_change

Refund / policy preview before cancelling caller's booking.

preview_my_cancellation

Price one chosen bike. Call only after the customer picks a vehicle and dates are already known. Never invent the amount.

quote_booking

Preview extension charges for caller's booking without committing.

quote_extension

After the customer clearly confirmed a preview_booking_change result: sends exactly that change to the support team, who apply it and settle the difference. Returns a ticket_id. Say it is requested, not done.

request_booking_change

Extend caller's own booking to a new end date (creates extension payment as per API).

request_extension

Grounded lookup over the website FAQs and the published Hire N Ride policy documents (rider terms, fees policy, handover and delivery policy, terms of use) for general questions: documents needed, deposit, fuel, km limits, late return, damage, helmets, minimum age, interstate travel, cancellation and refunds. Answer only from the returned answers; if found is false, say you are not sure and offer support.

search_faq

First tool after the customer names a city. Pass the city as q (or near): hubs in that city come first (in_city true), then other hubs nearest first, each with distance_km (approx. road km). Use the first hub's location id before searching vehicles. For a city with no hub the result has nearest_to and only the nearest hubs; offer the first. With no q / near it lists all hubs.

search_locations

Live bikes or cars at a hub. Bikes are vehicle_class two_wheeler; cars are four_wheeler. Always set vehicle_class. For a scooty / scooter pass vehicle_type "scooter" (gearless only); for a motorcycle pass vehicle_type "bike". Call only after locationId (from search_locations) AND trip_start_date and trip_end_date. Hill bike or higher CC / newer bike: two_wheeler with min_cc 350 and modelYear 2024. Cars: four_wheeler and do not set min_cc. Do not call with no location. Natural-language constraints map to filters: 'under 800 a day' -> max_price_per_day 800; 'budget 5000 total' -> max_total_price 5000; automatic/gearless -> transmission automatic; EV -> fuel electric; 'Honda or TVS' -> brands; 'cheapest' -> sort price_asc; 7 seater -> min_seats 7; '4 star+' / 'top rated' -> min_rating 4; 'home delivery' -> home_delivery true. Deposit and helmet are not on listings (get them from quote_booking / search_faq), so never filter on them. Rows carry rate_per_day, rate_per_hour, rental_for_dates, rating, home_delivery and km_limit; quote only those. PageSize is 1–10 (default 4); count is the rows returned, total_available the matches at the hub, and has_more / next_page say whether to page with PageNumber. Dates must be YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm (IST).

search_vehicles

Update caller's profile fields (name/email/city). Phone changes may need OTP elsewhere.

update_my_profile

Validate a coupon code (active / not expired / usage left).

validate_coupon
