Immovlan

Sends a contact request about one Immovlan advert to the advertiser. This has a real effect outside the chat: the advertiser receives the user's first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and message by e-mail, and a copy of the same message is sent to the user's own address. Only call it after the user has explicitly confirmed the exact advert and every value you are about to send, in their own words. Never invent, complete or guess a name, an e-mail address, a phone number or a message, and never reuse details from another conversation or another person. If a required value is missing, ask the user for it instead of calling this tool. Links are not allowed in the message and the call is refused when it contains one. The advert must be identified by the vlan_code from a previous search result or from a get_property answer, after the user confirmed that advert is the one they mean.

contact_property

Counts how many public Immovlan property listings for sale or rent in Belgium match, without returning adverts. Use this when the user wants the number of houses, apartments, building plots, garages, offices or other properties matching their criteria in Belgium, or to test a change of criteria before a search. It is cheaper and faster than search_properties: for example, count with a higher budget or one fewer bedroom to measure how many more adverts would match. Not for browsing adverts (search_properties), maps (search_properties_map), real-estate companies or offices (search_professionals), one advert link or code (get_property), property outside Belgium, mortgage or loan questions, tax or legal advice, or finding out what a property is worth. Pass the user's own wording in 'query', and fill in whatever structured parameters you are confident about.

count_properties

Looks one Immovlan advert up by its vlan code or by a link to its page on immovlan.be, and returns that single advert. Use it whenever the user pastes an immovlan.be advert link or names an advert code, instead of searching: the search tools answer with other adverts in the same area and would silently replace the advert the user asked about. It is also how a vlan code is obtained for contact_property when the user did not pick the advert from a search result.

get_property

Searches public Immovlan property listings for sale or rent in Belgium and returns adverts to browse. Use this when the user wants to buy or rent a house, apartment, building plot, garage, office or other property in Belgium. Not for property outside Belgium, mortgage or loan questions, tax or legal advice, or finding out what a property is worth. For a map use search_properties_map; for real-estate companies or offices use search_professionals; for one advert link or code use get_property. Pass the user's own wording in 'query', and fill in whatever structured parameters you are confident about.

search_properties

Searches the Immovlan directory of Belgian real-estate professionals: estate agencies, notary offices and property developers. Use this when the user wants the company or office itself - 'find me an estate agent in Ghent', 'which notary handles sales in Namur' - not when they want property adverts, which is search_properties.

search_professionals

Shows Immovlan property search results on an interactive map of Belgium. Use this instead of search_properties when the user asks where properties are, wants to compare areas or neighbourhoods, or asks for a map; use search_properties when they want to browse individual listings. Same parameters: always pass the user's own wording in 'query', and fill in whatever structured parameters you are confident about.

search_properties_map

Creates the e-mail alert that create_alert asked for, using the six-digit code Immovlan e-mailed to the user. Only call it with a code the user has just read to you from their own inbox, and with the same e-mail address create_alert was called with. Never guess, invent or reuse a code. A wrong code costs one of three attempts; the code is valid for 10 minutes.

Starts an e-mail alert on Immovlan for a search the user has just seen the results of: Immovlan mails them when new adverts match it. This has a real effect outside the chat - Immovlan e-mails a six-digit code to the address given. The alert is created only when the user reads that code back to you and you pass it to confirm_alert. Only call it after the user has explicitly asked for an alert and confirmed their own e-mail address. Never invent or guess an address, never use an address from another conversation, and never call this for anyone but the person you are talking to. The search must be the search_path from an alert_suggestion in a previous search_properties, search_properties_map or contact_property answer; it cannot be written by hand.
