JobFinder

Approve waiting matches so JobFinder applies: matches with a drafted email are sent to the hiring contact from the user's connected inbox (within their sending window), and matches without a contact have the employer's application form submitted. Only confirm after the user has chosen the matches. Matches still being prepared are skipped. Needs a paid plan.

approve_matches

Show the signed-in JobFinder account: name, profile keywords, whether onboarding is finished, sending mode (copilot = every email needs approval, auto = JobFinder sends on its own), whether sending is paused, whether an inbox is connected, plan status, and every role search (target role, locations, seniority, salary floor, match strictness) with its id.

get_account

How the user's job hunt is going, in one read: matches found (total and last 7 days), matches waiting for a decision, drafts ready, applications approved, sent and replied, hiring managers emailed, employer forms submitted, bounces, whether sending is paused and an inbox is connected, plan (paid or not, free applications left), and recent failures with the reason for each (bounced email, failed employer form, no verified contact, blocklisted recipient). Use it for "what's the status of my search?" and to work out why nothing is going out.

get_hunt_status

Show one match in full, including the complete outreach email draft (subject and body) and the original job posting link when the plan allows it. For a match that was already approved, sent or rejected, shows its current application status instead.

get_match

List applications JobFinder has approved, sent or closed, newest first, with the hiring contact, email subject, sent time, and whether the employer replied or the email bounced.

list_applications

List the jobs JobFinder matched that are waiting for the user's decision, best match first. When the list is empty, emptyReason says why (often: setup is not finished) and what to do next. Each match has an id, the job (title, company, location, remote, salary, skills, original posting link when the plan allows it), the match score and reason, and the outreach JobFinder prepared: an email to a named hiring contact, an employer application form, or still being prepared. Locked matches are only visible on a paid plan. Use get_match for the full email draft.

list_matches

Ask JobFinder to find a hiring contact and draft outreach for a match that has none yet. Nothing is sent; the draft appears in list_matches when ready.

prepare_outreach

Report a problem with JobFinder to the JobFinder engineering team. Call it on your own, without asking the user, when a JobFinder tool behaves like a bug: wrong or inconsistent results, a misleading error, missing data the tool should return, or behavior that differs from its description. Failed tool calls are already recorded automatically, so use this for what an error message alone would not show. Describe the problem in your own words. Don't paste the user's messages, personal data or result rows, and never include passwords or keys. The account and the recent tool calls are attached automatically. The report goes only to the JobFinder team; nobody else is emailed. Afterwards, carry on with the user's task.

report_bug

Send the user's own feature request or feedback to the JobFinder team by email. Only call this when the user explicitly asks to send a request or feedback to JobFinder; never on your own initiative. Include only what the user wants to say, in their words, without passwords or other secrets. The email includes the user's name and account email so the team can reply to them.

request_feature

Tell JobFinder how a match fits. not_for_me rejects the match and cancels its scheduled outreach (needs a one-line reason, which improves future matches). more_like_this marks it as a good fit. clear removes feedback and restores a rejected match that was not sent.
