Description
JobMojito runs AI-led conversational sessions in three shapes: scored interviews for hiring, simulated personas that assess how someone handles a real situation, and self-serve coaching for practice. Connect this server and your assistant can set all three up, invite people, and read back transcripts, scores and reports — as you, with your own permissions. Interviews. Generate one from a job description, or supply your own questions. Pick the modality: a voice-only interviewer, a live video avatar, or a pre-recorded one. Register candidates and each gets a personal link; when they finish you get the transcript, structured analysis and a shareable HTML or PDF report. Simulated personas. Instead of a question list, the avatar plays a defined character in free-form conversation — a sceptical buyer, an angry customer, a difficult stakeholder — and the person is scored on how they handle it. These use the same invitation and result flow as an interview, so they land in the recruiter's result list alongside everything else. Coaching. The same persona engine pointed at practice rather than assessment: learners start sessions themselves from a browsable catalogue, spend their own coaching credits, and their results stay private from recruiters. Organise the catalogue with directories, tag filters and your own Markdown pages. Across all three: upload documents to a knowledge base the AI draws on, check credits and analytics, and search JobMojito's documentation without leaving the conversation. If you manage several accounts — an agency, a reseller, sub-brands — an interactive picker chooses which merchant you are acting as. Everything JobMojito produces is decision support: input for a qualified human reviewer, never a hiring decision on its own, and candidates are told AI is part of the process. Read-only lookups run freely; anything that creates a session, mints a link or generates a report asks you first. Sign in with your JobMojito account — no API key to manage. Built for recruiters, talent teams, sales and service trainers, coaching providers, and the platforms that serve them. The same capabilities are available over the JobMojito HTTP API if you would rather integrate directly — this connector is for when an assistant should drive the work interactively.
