Just Flow It

Changes an existing diagram from a plain-language instruction (e.g. 'add an approval step after the quote'). The diagram is updated in place: its previous content is replaced, and anyone with its public share link sees the change right away. Counts toward your account's 500 generations per rolling 30 days (shared by creates and edits); while it waits, each status check counts toward the burst limit of 120 requests per minute.

edit_diagram

Gets the status of a generate_diagram or edit_diagram job; once it succeeded, includes the diagram. To look at the result use get_diagram_image.

get_generation

Creates a BPMN diagram from a plain-language description of a process (who does what, decisions, exceptions). Inside a project or folder, the AI also reads their context. Counts toward your account's 500 generations per rolling 30 days (shared by creates and edits); while it waits, each status check counts toward the burst limit of 120 requests per minute.

generate_diagram

Creates a project or a folder. 'context' is plain text (who the client is, business rules) that the AI uses for diagrams inside it. A project (kind 'project') is always top level, e.g. one per client. Folders go inside a project, another folder or the root; at most 3 levels, counting everything inside a folder you move.

create_folder

Deletes a diagram, together with its AI chat history; its public share link stops working. This cannot be undone through the API; confirm with the user first.

delete_diagram

Exports the diagram as standard BPMN 2.0 XML (opens in Camunda, Bizagi, bpmn.io and other BPMN tools).

export_bpmn

Gets a diagram's details (name, folder, dates). Use export_bpmn for its content and get_diagram_image to see it.

get_diagram

Creates a diagram from standard BPMN 2.0 XML, laid out by Just Flow It (up to 200 elements).

import_bpmn

Lists diagrams, newest first. Pass a folder_id to list one project or folder, or the string 'null' for diagrams at the root.

list_diagrams

Lists the projects and folders the connected account can use, newest first. Each may carry a 'context' the AI reads when it creates or edits diagrams inside it. A project (kind 'project') is always top level, e.g. one per client. Folders go inside a project, another folder or the root; at most 3 levels, counting everything inside a folder you move.
