KeptInFlow

List this user's recent KeptInFlow items across meetings, captures and notes, newest first, and show them in the KeptInFlow view. Each row returns the kind, an id, the time, a title and a preview; read one in full with the get_ tool for its kind (get_meeting_transcript, get_capture, get_note, get_screen_frame) and that id. Pass `query` to search all of them plus Screen Memory, or `kind` for one kind. Use it when the user asks what they saved recently or wants to browse.

list_recent_items

Open the Saved items panel beside this conversation, listing the user's recent KeptInFlow meetings, captures and notes, newest first, so they can pick one to use here. Returns the same rows as list_recent_items. Takes no arguments.

show_saved_items

Return one capture in full, by the capture id shown in search_captures: the copied text, or for a snip the text read out of the image. Images themselves are never returned, only their text.

Return one meeting's full transcript as Markdown, with timestamps and speaker names, by the meeting id from list_meetings or search_meetings. Use it when a few matching lines are not enough and you need the whole discussion.

Return one note in full, by the note id from list_notes: every turn of the conversation, in order. Use it when the user refers to a decision, plan or explanation they worked out in a note.

Return everything KeptInFlow read from one screen frame, by the frame id shown in search_screen_memory results, plus when it was and which app it was. Use it when a snippet looks right but you need the rest of what was on screen.

List the calls KeptInFlow has recorded for this user, newest first, with a meeting id, start time, length, title and whether it has been transcribed. Use it to find the right meeting when the user says "the call this morning" or "our last sync", then read it with get_meeting_transcript.

List this user's KeptInFlow notes (their AI chats and kept jottings), newest first, with a note id, when it was last touched, the title and an opening snippet. Pass a query to filter by title or snippet. Use it to find earlier thinking on a topic, then read it with get_note.

Search this user's saved captures and clipboard history: text they copied, snips they took (searched by their OCR text), and where each came from. Returns a capture id, the time, the kind, the source window and a preview, newest first. Omit the query to get the most recent items, which answers "what did I just copy?". Follow a hit with get_capture for the full text.

Search across every recent meeting transcript and return the moments that match: the meeting, and per hit the timestamp, the speaker and the line. Reach for this when the user refers to something that was said out loud rather than written, or asks who said what, or what was decided about a topic.
