Description

LexTandem is a legal research tool: it lets ChatGPT search and read official French legal sources (case law, codes and laws, tax and social security doctrine, EU law) and answer with exact citations and links to the official source. It is meant for lawyers and legal professionals. - Judicial case law (Judilibre): Cour de cassation, courts of appeal, first-instance and commercial courts, labour courts. Filters by court, seat, chamber, solution, publication (Bulletin), date. - Administrative case law: Conseil d'État, administrative courts of appeal and administrative tribunals, from the official open data. Filters by court, formation, solution, publication (Lebon), date. - Legislation and codes (Légifrance), including articles in force and their versions, decisions of the Conseil constitutionnel and the Tribunal des conflits, and the official classification plan of case law. - Tax doctrine (BOFiP), social security doctrine (BOSS), EU law (EUR-Lex) and national collective agreements. Searches support all words, any word, exact phrases, words near each other, exclusions and search by section (summary, reasoning, operative part). Full decisions can be read in parts without loss. Each result includes a citation in French legal style and a link to the official source (courdecassation.fr, the administrative courts' open data, Légifrance, BOFiP, BOSS, EUR-Lex). Requires a LexTandem account. LexTandem only reads public legal sources: it does not write anything and does not access your files. For better confidentiality, search without the names of the people involved.
