Start processing product listing data from EAN, MPN, or product name. Processing takes 2-3 minutes and runs in the background. The returned task_id is an internal identifier: NEVER show it to the user. After this call you MUST immediately call check_product_status and keep calling it until status is "completed" (or an error is returned). Do NOT end your turn while status is "processing". The UI widget shows live progress and updates itself; tell the user that processing takes 2-3 minutes and that results will appear in the widget, then keep polling and give a final summary when completed.
