build_mana_base

Given a complete Commander decklist or public deck URL, commander, and replaceCard, propose at most one comparable-role replacement. The requested cut must be in the deck and cannot be the commander or protected. Preserve budget, owned, locked, excluded, color identity, legality, theme and bracket safeguards. Can return no safe swap. Heuristics are not functional equivalence. Show tradeoffs, warnings and optional missing-card affiliate purchase summary.
