Description

MyOps is where real estate teams keep their listings, contracts, deals, commissions, expenses, tasks and checklists. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your own MyOps account so you can ask for what you need instead of opening reports and filtering lists. Ask who your top producers are this year, what is under contract right now, what closed last month, how your listings taken compare to your sales, where the money went, what the numbers are on a particular address, what is on your plate this week, or what a filed contract or disclosure says. You get an answer in seconds, in plain language, and you can keep asking follow-up questions the way you would with a teammate who knows the whole book of business. It can also add a task, add an item to a checklist, or start a checklist from one of your team's templates. Each of those is proposed first as a summary, and nothing is created until you say yes. Nothing is ever edited or deleted, and a team owner can turn the task-and-checklist part off in MyOps Settings. Everything is scoped to the one team you approve when you connect. What you see follows your MyOps role: owners see team income and expenses, agents see team production and their own money, and documents follow the same rule your MyOps assistant uses, so an agent reads the ones on their own deals. Documents come back as text, never as downloadable files or links. Notes and contacts stay in the MyOps app. Sign in with MyOps, pick the team you want to connect, and start asking.
