cancel_booking

Returns live room availability, room options, and nightly rates for a named hotel over a check-in/check-out date range. Use when the guest asks about available rooms, room options, prices, or rates for a stay. Dates may be absolute or relative, such as 'tonight', 'this weekend', or 'next Sunday 1 night'. Call again when a follow-up changes the dates, occupancy, room preference, or hotel.

get_prices

Retrieves booking details and status using the reservation ID provided by Sigtrip and the email address provided by the user. This tool only works for reservations booked through Sigtrip.

get_booking_confirmation

Finds and compares hotels by name or destination, returning matches with guest-experience findings sourced from review sites and travel publications. Use for hotel discovery, comparison, and reputation research. Does not return room availability, prices, or rates; get_prices provides those.

search_hotel

Searches a hotel's knowledge base: FAQs, amenities, room types, policies, location, local attractions, and other hotel-specific information. Use for hotel-specific questions that do not involve stay dates or pricing, such as 'what rooms does this hotel have?' or 'does it have suites?'. Dated availability and prices come from get_prices; room photos come from view_room_gallery.

search_knowledge_base

Creates a hotel reservation for a room the guest selected from get_prices results. Requires the guest's first and last name, email, phone with country code, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, roomId, and hotelName. Returns a link for the guest to guarantee the booking.

setup_booking

Displays a photo gallery of rooms at a hotel. Use when the guest asks to see room photos.
