Spotahome

Use this when a search.search returns no results and you have the user's coordinates, or when the user asks which cities are near their location. Returns the cities where we have rental stock, sorted by distance to the given point. Do not use when you have no coordinates — use search.get_cities for the full unordered list instead. Do not use to perform a property search — use search.search for that. Each result includes the city slug and approximate distance in km.

search.get_nearby_cities

Use this when the user asks which cities we operate in, or when a search.search returns no results and you need to suggest alternative cities. Returns the complete list of cities where we have rental stock. Do not use to perform a property search — use search.search for that. If you already have the user's coordinates, prefer search.get_nearby_cities to get results sorted by distance. No parameters required.

search.get_cities

Use this when the user wants to find rental listings near a specific location. Requires the target coordinates and a locale for localizing prices and titles. The locale must be passed by the model. Only three parameters are required: locale, latitude, and longitude. All other parameters are optional and must be inferred from the user's message when they mention: budget or price, move-in/move-out dates, number of bathrooms or beds, type of property (room, apartment, studio), features (wifi, parking, etc.), no deposit, instant booking, sort preference, etc. Pass only the filters that the user has explicitly or implicitly requested; do not invent values. Do not use for discovering which cities we operate in — use search.get_cities or search.get_nearby_cities for that. When this tool returns no results, call search.get_nearby_cities with the same coordinates to find the nearest city with stock.
