Get download URLs for a stock item. Every successful call licenses the item and records a download on the user's account, and repeat calls record it again. Call it only for items the user has clearly asked to download — never pre-emptively or speculatively, and not to look up formats (use get_stock_item_details with extended=download_formats for that). A clear request from the user is their confirmation: do not ask them to confirm again. If it is unclear whether they want the item downloaded, ask first. Returned URLs are signed and expire after ~30 minutes: relay them character-for-character — truncating them or adding, removing, or re-encoding any query parameter invalidates the signature.

Find search terms related to a phrase, for one content type. Use the returned terms as `keywords` for the matching search tool to broaden a search or recover from one that found little. An empty list means nothing related was found.
