SUPERCASA

Creates an authenticated SUPERCASA property alert. Provide exactly one source: general search criteria, listingId, or listingReference. A listing ID/reference creates an alert for similar properties using that listing's location, category, bedrooms, business type, and current price as the maximum price. Uses the authenticated account internally; do not ask for or send name, email, or phone. Requires property-interest:write authorization and user confirmation before creation.

create_alert

Explains how to use SUPERCASA through this MCP client. Use when the user asks what SUPERCASA can do here, how it works, or how to get started. Do not use it when the user has a specific property search, selected listing, or portal-policy question; use the corresponding tool instead. This informational tool does not search listings or take action.

get_mcp_guidance

Returns structured official guidance about SUPERCASA: a summary, steps, prerequisites, notes, and official links. Use for portal questions, rental-safety precautions, private-property publication, account help, or support contacts. For questions about using SUPERCASA through this MCP client, use get_mcp_guidance instead. This tool is informational only: it does not search listings, verify an advertiser, access an account, publish or edit an advert, report fraud, or take any action on the user's behalf.

get_supercasa_guidance

Retrieves advertiser-published SUPERCASA listing information for an explicitly selected or referenced property. Details do not guarantee current availability or independently verify the property or advertiser. Provide exactly one identifier: listingId for a direct lookup, or listingReference when that is the only identifier available. A listing ID returns at most one result; a reference may match more than one listing. Use search_properties to browse properties. Return only details and URLs supplied by the server; never invent or rewrite them.

get_property_details

Returns the current SUPERCASA search vocabulary needed to construct a search_properties request: supported operations, main property categories and their specific category IDs, property conditions, supported feature tokens, profile-specific fields, and pagination limits. Select the searchProfiles entry matching masterCategory before sending filters. CategoryIds accepts IDs from this context or enum names. This tool does not search listings, resolve locations, or take actions.

get_search_context

Renders a SUPERCASA carousel only when the user explicitly asks to present or compare a subset of previously returned property listings. search_properties already renders the normal search results; do not call this tool after a normal search. Call search_properties first, then pass only selected listing objects returned by the server, preserving every field including listingId; never reconstruct cards or invoke this tool when a listingId is unavailable. Include total, and the exact searchTitle and searchUrl returned by the search response; never rewrite the title or construct or shorten the URL, because the widget must match the results page and link to all results with the same filters. The widget does not verify availability or advertiser identity. Do not use for searching or property details.

render_listings_widget

Searches current property listings and developments advertised on SUPERCASA in Portugal. Supports natural-language requests to buy, rent, or holiday-rent property in Portugal once the user has supplied an operation, a location, and a property category. Put every structured filter inside searchToMatchRequest. Send the user's complete location wording in locationQuery. Set locationLevel only when the user explicitly says district/state, town/municipality, neighborhood/parish, or zone. If the response status is location_ambiguous, ask the user to choose one returned locationOption, then repeat the same search with exactly that option's selectionToken as locationSelectionToken and without locationQuery or locationLevel. Do not invent or alter the token. listingReference is only for looking up one specific listing; never use it for a list or alternatives. To create an alert for similar properties, send listingId or listingReference to create_alert instead. Do not answer with SUPERCASA listings unless this tool returned them.

search_properties

Submits a lead using the authenticated SUPERCASA account's name, email, and phone. Do not ask the user for those fields; only request the listing ID or reference and an optional message.
