Flow State

Flow State is a planning and productivity app: your to-do list, weekly priorities, projects, meetings, and emails in one place, so you stay organized and your week reflects what matters most. With this connector, Claude can: - Add, check off, reschedule and search the to-dos in your task list, including recurring tasks. - Read and adjust your weekly priorities and projects. - See your synced calendar meetings with their prep, and the recaps and coaching of meetings you transcribe with Flow State; update prep and recap text, turn a recap action item into a task, and hide a meeting. - If you turn on email access (off by default), see the emails Flow State flagged for you and your Email Digest, turn them into tasks, mark them handled and save reply drafts in your mailbox. - Look things up in your Context Library and add notes to it. - Read your planning profile and settings, and preview your saved workflows. You stay in control. You connect by signing in to Flow State and clicking Allow, and can disconnect any time in Settings → Integrations. Read-only tools are marked as such; tools that delete, hide or overwrite are marked destructive, so Claude asks before using them by default. Deletes are recoverable: tasks go to the Trash for 30 days, projects and weekly priorities are archived, hidden meetings keep their prep, recap and coaching, and support can restore Context Library items for 30 days. Stopping a recurring task is final. This connector never sends email or invitations, or shows Claude full email text or attachment contents. Editing a recap never emails it; a scheduled recap email waits for your review. Meeting transcripts and recordings stay on your computer and are not shared with Claude. Flow State only sends data to Claude when Claude asks on your behalf. Access tokens expire after an hour and refresh tokens rotate on every use. Setup help: https://myflowstate.ai/connect
