Description

The Justement plugin gives Claude direct access to Swiss legal sources: decisions of Swiss courts, federal and cantonal acts, commentaries, parliamentary materials and administrative practice. Claude can search them and open a provision or a judgment in its exact wording, with its citation and a link to the source on justement.ch. From a provision or a judgment, it finds the decisions and commentaries that cite it. For an article, it lists the versions with the date each applies from. In a text, it finds the source of each citation. The plugin returns sources, not legal advice: what Claude writes from them remains for you to assess.
