Description
Retriever is shop software for small businesses in Nepal: an online shop, a counter till, orders, stock, khata and bookings in one place. This connector lets the people who run a Retriever shop ask Claude about their own shop and make everyday changes to it. Ask "How did sales go today against yesterday?", "What is running low?", "Which orders still need packing?", "What is missing from my product listings?" or "How do I close the day?". The answers use the same figures the Retriever dashboard shows, in Nepali rupees, by Nepal days. Making changes. If the shop owner turns on "Let AI assistants make changes" and you tick "Make changes" when you connect (both start off), Claude can prepare changes to products, prices, stock, what is on sale today, promo codes, delivery fees, opening hours and the shop's profile. Promo codes go up to 50% off. A separate tick, "Update orders and bookings", covers moving orders on, cancelling an unpaid order that is still Received, and confirming, cancelling or moving bookings. Every change is prepared first and changes nothing; Claude shows you what will change, and Retriever makes it only after you say yes. Most can be undone in Settings → AI assistants → Changes. Order and booking status changes may email the customer and cannot be undone. It can also explain your shop's features and permissions, search what you may see, list repair queues, share an expiring daily sales CSV link, and show the owner payment setup status and price and stock history. It never moves money, marks orders paid, refunds, publishes or deletes products, or changes contact, PAN, VAT or payment details. You need a Retriever shop on Pro (a trial counts), and the owner to switch on Settings → AI assistants. Customer names and phone numbers are a separate choice, off unless you tick it. PAN and VAT numbers are never shown. Each person sees and changes only what their own permissions allow, and can take the connection back at any time.
