Description
Reviewflowz aggregates customer reviews from hundreds of platforms, including Google, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, the App Store, Tripadvisor and more, into one place for businesses to monitor and understand what customers say about them. This connector gives Claude 18 tools over your Reviewflowz account: 11 that read data, 6 that make changes, declared as separate tools, and 1 that reports gaps. It never posts a reply to a review platform, deletes a review, deletes a tag from your account, or changes settings, billing or users. Reading: list_review_profiles lists the locations or products you track. get_reviews retrieves individual reviews with filtering by platform, rating, date, keywords, tags, topics and reply status. get_stats returns aggregate statistics, optionally as a time series. analyze_sentiment breaks reviews down by topic or subtopic. compare_profiles places locations or products side by side on volume, rating or reply performance. draft_reply generates a suggested reply for you to check and post yourself; it never publishes on your behalf. describe_report_options, list_custom_reports and run_report describe, list and run custom reports without saving anything. list_tags and list_review_owners list the account tags and the teammates reviews can be assigned to. Making changes, under a second permission on the same consent screen: create_custom_report saves a new report under Reports. tag_review and untag_review add or remove tags on a review. assign_review_owner, unassign_review_owner and resolve_owner_suggestion assign, remove or confirm the teammates credited with a review. Typical uses: which locations have the most unanswered negative reviews this month, what topics drive negative sentiment, tagging a batch of reviews, assigning a review to the teammate who handled it, or building and saving a report comparing two stores. Authentication is OAuth. Access is scoped to the Reviewflowz account you connect and follows your existing user permissions.
