TENEKS makes your recorded calls and meetings accessible to Claude. Find recordings, read speaker-attributed transcripts, and ask questions across the conversations your account can access. Recall what a customer said about pricing, check decisions and agreed next steps, explore recurring objections, or retrieve a transcript while drafting a follow-up. Answers reference the underlying recordings. Computed answers can be incomplete; the connector reports that limitation rather than presenting an ungrounded result as established fact. Four read-only tools describe the accessible workspace, list recordings with filters for person, conversation type and date, retrieve a paged transcript, and answer questions across accessible conversations. Each user signs in to TENEKS and authorizes access individually. Visibility follows that user’s existing workspace permissions. The connector reads existing recordings; it does not record audio, edit or delete data, send messages, write to a CRM, or make purchases. Transcript content is treated as untrusted evidence. Requires a TENEKS account with processed recordings.
