TF Rooms connects Claude to New Leaf Properties: twelve motels and extended-stay locations in Twin Falls, Idaho. It answers from the properties' own live systems, so availability and prices are current rather than remembered, and it can reserve a room after the guest proves their email address. It has eight tools. Four only read and need no personal details. find_rooms checks all twelve properties for the nights you ask about and says which have a room free. quote_stay gives the full cost of one stay at one property, including Idaho lodging tax, straight from that property's own server, so the figure matches its booking form. get_rates explains the nightly and weekly rates and the rules for a stay, such as the minimum stay, weekly-only studios and the 30-day cap. list_properties gives names, addresses, phone numbers, room types and booking links. Four handle a reservation. start_booking takes the stay plus the guest's name, email and phone and emails a six-digit code; it holds nothing. confirm_booking checks that code and only then holds a room, as a reservation staff confirm in writing within 24 hours. get_booking reads a reservation's status using its number and the last four digits of the phone. cancel_booking cancels one after a code sent to the email on the reservation. No sign-in is needed. No card or payment is taken: the guest pays at the property, and shows photo ID and signs the guest agreement at check-in. Guest details are used to handle the reservation, as the privacy policy describes.
