Description

Twelfth is a commercial workspace for retail and category teams. Connect Claude to one Twelfth workspace and ask about the products, suppliers, sales, inventory, pricing, projects and actions you are allowed to see. What Claude can do: - Pull sales metrics, product rankings and inventory positions - Look up the product master, search the catalogue and find similar products - Find suppliers, compare supplier offer history and check supplier constraints - Review tracked pricing and competitor price intelligence - Read projects, open actions, the planning calendar and workspace documents - With Allow changes ticked: create, complete or snooze your own actions and run your own routines The connection reads as your Twelfth account, follows your workspace membership and remits, and uses only the read tools you approve. It changes nothing unless you tick Allow changes when you connect, and then it acts only as you. You can revoke it from Settings → AI & agents at any time.
