IrisAgent connects ChatGPT to the Support Analyst, the AI analyst inside IrisAgent's customer support platform. Ask about your support operation in plain language and get answers grounded in the tickets, chats and knowledge IrisAgent has already ingested for your account, with the tickets each answer used. What you can ask: volume and trends, single tickets and whether the AI's answer on them was correct, accounts, team performance such as first response time, linked Jira issues, and the weekly support briefing (AI deflection, escalations, knowledge gaps, AutoQA results and new ticket categories, compared with the previous week). The plugin is read only. It cannot change tickets, send replies or publish articles. Each person signs in with their own IrisAgent account, access is scoped to their organization, and admins can see and disconnect every connection from the IrisAgent portal. Requires an IrisAgent account with a connected ticketing system such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Intercom or Jira Service Management.
