Description
Connect Hotmail, Outlook.com and Live mailboxes to Claude, alongside work Microsoft 365, several Gmail accounts, and iCloud and Fastmail mailboxes - one connector, one search across all of them. Multi Mail signs in to each mailbox with its own provider, so a personal Outlook.com address, a work Microsoft 365 mailbox and two Gmail accounts sit side by side, each under its own name. An iCloud or Fastmail mailbox, or a Gmail one once Google's preview is full, connects with an app password made on Apple's, Fastmail's or Google's own page - no server settings. Every call names the mailbox it acts on, or searches all of them at once. Ask in plain words: what needs a reply across all my inboxes this week, find the invoice my accountant sent, summarise the PDF in that email, draft a reply from my work address. The connector searches one mailbox or every mailbox together; reads threads, messages and attachments - PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and scanned English pages are read as text; drafts new messages, replies and forwards, and sends them; organises mail with labels, archive and trash; and, in Gmail and Outlook, manages filters and the vacation responder, and in Gmail the signature. You decide what each mailbox allows: reading, drafts, sending, organising and settings are switched on separately for every mailbox. Received and sent mail is never permanently deleted - a thread goes to the trash, where it can be restored. Lumman keeps no copy of your mail. Messages and attachments are fetched from each mailbox's provider when Claude asks, and passed only to the AI client you approved on Lumman's own approval screen. Microsoft lists Lumman Ltd, London, as a verified publisher. Disconnect a mailbox or withdraw an approval at any time at lumman.co/mcp. Any number of mailboxes. 25 actions a day are free; a plan at lumman.co/mcp raises that to 1,000 a day. Gmail connects with an app password, or with Google sign-in while Google's preview has room.
